2027 Cookstown Community Calendar

We’re carrying forward the nostalgic spirit of this year’s Wing Ding with a special 2027 Cookstown Community Calendar, to be distributed during Light Up Night.

This limited-run keepsake calendar will celebrate the charm, character, and community spirit of Cookstown while showcasing local businesses in a creative and memorable way.

Only 12 sponsorship spots are available at $225 each.

Each sponsorship includes a design consultation with Jordana Jones of Cookstown Collective. Jordana will work with participating businesses to creatively incorporate their brand into the overall theme and feel of the calendar, helping create a cohesive keepsake that celebrates our community while highlighting the businesses that make Cookstown special.

This is a wonderful opportunity to place your business in approximately 200 local family homes and be part of a community project that will be enjoyed throughout 2027.

Calendar Spot Includes:

One featured business placement in the 2027 Cookstown Community Calendar
Design consultation with Jordana Jones of Cookstown Collective
Creative brand integration into the calendar’s overall theme
Distribution during Light Up Night
Exposure in approximately 200 local homes
Businesses are encouraged to select a date during their assigned month to invite the community to their business.

Month Preferences

There are 12 calendar sponsorship spots available. While we will do our best to accommodate month preferences, we cannot guarantee a specific month.

During registration, please enter your top three preferred months. Month assignments will be confirmed once all sponsorship spots are filled.

Spots are limited to 12 businesses.
Calendar month placement is not guaranteed.
Businesses must provide any required logos, photos, brand assets, or requested information by the deadline provided. Approx Sept.
Final calendar design will be created to ensure a cohesive community look and feel.
Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
